On March 25th, 2024, OCR members gathered at UCI for Orange County REALTORS®' Annual Membership Meeting and Market Forecast. Attendees heard a Treasurer's report from Charleen Nagata Newhouse, a legal update from Gov Hutchinson, and a report on Orange County's housing market from Steven Thomas.
It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Elizabeth (Liz) Koren, a beloved former Orange County REALTORS® Member. Liz, a long-time REALTOR® in Mission Viejo, passed away on February 10, 2024. Liz was a very well-loved and respected REALTOR® for many many years here in Orange County.
