It is important for managing brokers and their employees/independent contractors to understand how to properly manage a real estate office. This course is an overview of procedures, practices, and forms used to help with properly running and reporting everyday actions in an office.
As of 2016, all brokers are required to complete a three-hour course in Management and Supervision when renewing their license for the first time. For subsequent renewals, salespersons will also be required to take this course in addition to renewing brokers.
