Annual Dues Renewal

When Are Payments Due?

2018 Dues and/or MLS Fees renewal payments are due Monday, January 8, 2018. Please pay on time to avoid a $35 late fee and possible interruption in services.

“Monthly for the first 6 months” Option:

  • New Extended dues dates: Remaining monthly payments are due by Feb 12, Mar 12, Apr 12, May 12, and Jun 12.
  • Each installment invoice has its own due date, invoices are not interchangeable.
  • Please don’t pay installment invoices in the wrong order to attempt to pay less. Your account will be penalized in January if the first installment invoice is still showing unpaid--regardless of other invoices you may have paid.
  • We will send email reminders for each installment. We suggest that you set reminders on your calendar or sign up for automatic payments (details below), as well as add “” to your Contacts.

Payment Options

Your annual statement is divided into four invoices. You have two payment options:

  1. Pay in full. Pay it all at once, at the beginning of the year or earlier. We recommend this option.
  2. Pay monthly. Pay every month for the first 6 months between January and June.

How Do I Pay?

We accept AMEX, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Check, Telecheck (online only), and cash.  You can pay:

  1. Online
  2. pdf Auto-Pay Authorization (71 KB) (also available in MyAccount)
  3. Mail Your Payment
  4. Fax Your Payment
  5. In Person

As a Designated REALTOR® (usually the Broker), What Do I Need to Know?

Your annual dues include the non-member assessment. Full payment of the assessment is required to maintain your REALTOR® membership and the REALTOR® status of all agents in your office. You or your Office Manager may log into My Account, and select Pay Your Office Account Online to see all unpaid invoices (for the Jan 08 due date) for agents in the office. Unpaid agents affiliated with your office will each trigger an additional 2018 assessment of $554. You can require them to pay their renewal invoice, you can remove them from your license or pay the fee for each of them.
