The two-day ABR® designation course prepares real estate professionals to thoroughly represent buyer-clients in real estate transactions and provide the quality of service and degree of fidelity to buyers that sellers have customarily enjoyed. Emphasis is placed on the buyer counseling session, negotiating, and customer versus client levels of service. Course fee includes membership in the Real Estate Buyer's Agent Council (REBAC). This course is approved for 12 hours of BRE continuing education credit (Consumer Protection).
Upon completion of the two-day course and successfully passing the exam, you will have achieved ABR® candidate status. During this three-year period, you must fulfill the educational and experiential requirements to become an ABR® Designee.
