Important Facts about zipForm® 6:

  • zipForm® 6 is available in two versions: zipForm® 6 Professional (formerly WINForms Online®) and zipForm® 6 Standard (formerly WINForms Desktop®)

zipForm® 6 Professional enables users to automatically import existing transactions and work online from any computer, and zipForm® 6 Standard allows users to import all previously saved transactions from WINForms® Desktop. Members can upgrade to both zipForm® 6 Professional and zipForm® 6 Standard for free. In addition, the new File Manager enables users to sync all files between their computer and online storage instantly, ensuring users always have the most-recent contracts.

ePUBS™ for zipForm® 6

Since January 1, C.A.R. members have had access to the ePUBS™ for zipForm® 6 library at no charge. The ePUBS™ library contains electronic versions of two mandated and nine consumer titles frequently used in transactions, such as the Combined Hazards Book

zipLogix Digital Ink

C.A.R. is offering zipLogix Digital Ink inside of zipForm® 6--it is an alternative digital signature solution for signing C.A.R. forms.

zipLogix Digital Ink is available to purchase for $40 per year and includes 10 digital signature credits.

DocuSign®

DocuSign® is an online platform that allows you to obtain signatures without having to print out and fax or mail your document. DocuSign® is fully integrated with zipForm® 6, enabling you to send transactional documents like the RPA effortlessly. 

REALTOR® members must purchase DocuSign® (it is not a free benefit). Some have confused the advertisements on C.A.R.'s Web site for a "free trial" with the product being "free."
