For Current Smartphone Users:
To avoid the crowds, please come into either one of our offices at your earliest convenience to swap the ActiveKEY for the eKEY service. We will need the ActiveKEY returned to us at this time and for you to bring your smartphone to demonstrate the key service to you. When processing the change, we will ask you for a credit card number for the monthly billing. The monthly rate is currently $14.78 versus the ActiveKEY’s last lease which was $17.24 per month ($206.94 for 12 month lease). Supra will refund a pro-rated amount of the lease of the ActiveKEY (July and August) within 6 to 12 weeks.
For Non-smartphone Users:
You will need to purchase a smartphone.
We recommend an iPhone or Android cellphone or tablet with at least 32GB.

A few things that you should know:
The eKEY service is available for iPhone (iOS 5.1.1 or newer) or Android phones (OS 2.1 or newer)
Your mobile device will need a cellular data plan. If not, it will have to be manually updated thru WiFi or using a hotspot prior to your home showings.
We recommend that you set up your iTunes account (for iPhone users) or your Google Gmail account (for Android phone users) and know your password before you visit one of our two offices to switch from the ActiveKEY to the eKEY service.
