Save time and simplify the search process by using Builder Tract (BT) in your MLS searches!

Enter a Tract Code only and the TEMPO MLS system will look through the entire housing tract. You also may want to narrow your search by adding the model code (MC) and look only for specific models/plans within a particular Tract. For your convenience, The Inside Tract® website features tract codes that are publically searchable to assist you with inputing your listing.

Beginning in June 2011, OCAR, in conjunction with The Inside Tract®, is promoting a special package for OCAR REALTORS® to access the floor plans, maps and tract codes for Orange County. For as little as $20, members may look up thirty (30) different tracts using The Inside Tract® online service. That’s less than 67 cents a Tract!
