Affiliate members are real estate owners and other individuals who, while not directly engaged in the buying and selling of real estate, they have interests in acquiring real estate-related information and also support the objectives of the Association.

They include, but are not limited to, Escrow, Title, Financial Services, Home Inspection and Repair, and Staging companies.

Becoming an OCAR Affiliate member is an excellent first-step in forming partnerships within the real estate industry. The best REALTOR®-Affiliate partnerships are based on mutual respect, open communication and an understanding of each other’s objectives, goals, and needs.

Affiliates participate in and sponsor a number of Association events, classes or seminars held throughout the year. They may advertise their services in our monthly magazine, The Orange County REALTOR®. Many affiliates attend our weekly preview and marketing meetings to network with REALTOR® members-- details about these meetings can be found on our Preview Schedules page.
