Member Processing Instructions:
Applications can be processed in our Laguna Hills and Huntington Beach offices between the hours of 8:30 am to 3:00 pm, Monday through Friday.* Our offices are open on select Saturdays from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm. Click here to view the open schedule.
Before You Arrive at Our Office:
In order to best serve you, it’s recommended that you contact our office so that we can direct you to fill out the appropriate application. When you call, we can clarify the application procedures and provide you with the correct fee. A cost breakdown is available to you on our website under Initial Fees.
- Your application MUST be signed by your Broker or Authorized Office Manager prior to arriving at our office (they must be OCAR members).
- Unsigned or incomplete applications will NOT be processed.
Out of Area Applicants:
While we do not require appointments for membership, applicants must join in person, unless they reside outside of the Orange County area.
In this case, the individual may send a notarized application via mail or fax, accompanied by a copy of the driver’s license and DRE or OREA license, and credit card authorization for the amount owed.
Fees
Membership fees are payable by Visa, MasterCard, Discover, AMEX, check or cash.
Supra Keys are payable by personal check or credit card only (no cash).
Keys can only be issued in person to the individual leasing them—they cannot be or picked up by anyone other than the lessee or sent in the mail to the new member.
Transfers:
If you are transferring from another REALTOR® Association to OCAR, which is a member of the SoCalMLS, MRMLS, or iTECH MLS, please click here for help and instructions.
If you are transferring from an Association of REALTORS® not listed above, please contact either our Huntington Beach office at (714) 375-9313 or our Laguna Hills office at (949) 586-6800.
