After you have looked over the fee schedule, click on the type of membership you are interested in and download an application. All fees are pro-rated monthly. Annual dues billing is in December with fees payable on January 1st of the new year.

If you were a REALTOR® in 2007, these fees DO NOT apply to you.

*An Issues Fund contribution is voluntary. One hundred percent (100%) goes to protect organized real estate through issue mobilization and professional advocacy. Issues Fund contributions are not tax deductible for federal income tax purposes.

The cost to replace an ActiveKEY without insurance is $249 plus tax.

Board REALTOR® Membership. It is recommended
that you contribute to C.A.R.'s Political Survival
Fund and $10 to the C.A.R. Affordable Housing Fund. If
you choose this option, please add $59 to your fee
