1) Designated REALTOR® Application.
Licensed Broker joining OCAR as the Broker of Record for an office.


2) REALTOR® Application
Salesperson (and Broker Associate) joining under a REALTOR® office.
This application must be signed by the Broker of Record or the Office Manager authorized by OCAR to sign applications.


3) Multiple Listing-Only (Broker) Application

Licensed Broker subscribing to the MLS ONLY


4) MLS-Only (Salesperson) Application
Salesperson joining an MLS-only office
This application must be signed by the Broker of Record or an authorized Office Manager.

5) Affiliate Application
Affiliate Businesses such as Title, Escrow, Lending, Inspection, Staging (Non-Licensee)

6) Assistant Application
Application for UNLICENSED individuals acting as an assistant to a Salesperson, Broker, or Appraiser. This application must be signed by the Broker of Record or an authorized Office Manager and the member whom you will be assisting. If you have a license, you may not join as an assistant unless your license status reads LICENSED NBA (No Broker Affiliation). 7) Licensed Appraiser Application
Licensed Appraiser subscribing to the MLS (search access only).

8) Appraiser Trainee Application
Appraiser Trainee subscribing to the MLS (search access only). The supervising Appraiser must currently be an Appraiser subscriber with OCAR before a trainee can join.
The application must be signed by the supervising Appraiser.


9) Member Change/Office Transfer Form
(for existing OCAR members only!)*
This application must be signed by the Broker of Record or an authorized Office Manager.
*If you are a member of another REALTOR® Association, you must fill out a new application. For detailed instructions, please click here.

10) Additional Office Form
Brokers of Record: Use this form to create an additional office location with OCAR.
*This form is not to be confused with the DRE's Branch Office Application (RE 203).

11) SafeMLS Pick-Up Authorization Form

This form allows an MLS-participant to designate another individual to pick-up a token on his/her behalf.

12) Membership Cancellation Form
This form must be returned to OCAR along with your SafeMLS token. If you transferring to another association (which is cooperative with SoCalMLS, iMRMLS, or i-TECH), keys and keyboxes must be brought to OCAR to be deleted so that they may be transferred. If you are not transferring to a cooperative association or are simply cancelling, all keys must be returned to OCAR as they are LEASED from SUPRA.

•We cannot accept cash or cashier's checks for SUPRA Keys.
