Affiliate members are real estate owners and other individuals who, while not engaged in the real estate profession, have interests in acquiring real estate-related information and also support the objectives of the Association.

They include, but are not limited to, Escrow, Title, Financial Services, Home Inspection and Repair, and Staging companies.

Affiliates participate in and sponsor a number of Association events, classes or seminars held throughout the year. They may advertise their services in our Orange County REALTOR® newsletter and on our website. (Details can be found in our Affiliate Membership Package).

Many affiliates attend our weekly preview and marketing meetings to network with REALTOR® members-- details about these meetings can be found here.

OCAR Affiliates are also eligible for Health Insurance through the Benefits Store during their first 60 days of membership.

OCAR Affiliates also have the option of joining the California Association of REALTORS® as "C.A.R. Affiliates." This includes an additional $35 processing fee and C.A.R. membership dues--entitling you to C.A.R membership benefits.

By making the commitment to get involved and becoming a visible Affiliate member, you will have unlimited opportunities to connect with the people who can have a positive effect on your business growth!

Download an Affiliate Application. Bring your application, a copy of your business card and driver's license to either OCAR office for processing.

The cost of Affiliate Membership is $120 per year, plus a one-time $100 processing fee. NOTE: If your office location is already a member, there is no $100 processing fee.
