Contract and Skilled Negotiation

This class will allow everyone to become better at their craft, to have deeper dialogue with their clients and other agents, and to get more homes into escrow for buyers and sellers.

  • How to build rapport with buyer/ listing agent
  • The different ways to think and/or price
  • Brainstorm on how to create an offer
  • How to manage keeping escrow together while in escrow - pitfalls you can run into
