Now more than ever, it is critical for REALTORS® to come together and speak with one voice about the stability a sound and dynamic real estate market brings to our communities. From city hall to the state house to the U.S. Capitol, our elected officials are making decisions that have a huge impact on REALTORS® and your clients.

If you are not registered to vote, go to: http://registertovote.ca.gov/.
Permanent absentee is the easiest way to vote because your ballot arrives by mail, and you vote at your convenience.
Elected officials control decisions over land use, sign ordinances, disclosures, the mortgage interest deduction, and the future of mortgage financing. Voting ensures that your interests are represented in your city, Sacramento, and Washington.
It is also a great time to encourage your colleagues and clients to register to vote.
Upon purchasing a home, clients will need to re-register to vote and it is the perfect opportunity to remind them to do so. Your clients will appreciate the added benefit of being able to register to vote quickly. If you would like to have voter registration cards mailed to you, please request them by sending an email to C.A.R. at firstname.lastname@example.org.
