How It Works
OCAR REALTOR® and Affiliate members can call the OC Tech Helpline number or access online chat support.
Once connected, a United States–based analyst (located in Orlando, Florida) will verify your OCAR membership and then assist you with your computer and technology problems.
- No limit to the number of calls
- No time limit per call
- Multiple topics may be handled in one call
- Analysts connect to your computer via remote software to diagnose and repair
- Assistance is in English or Spanish
