Annual Renewal Dues

Your 2010 OCAR Dues Invoice is available for viewing/payment online via OCAR’s Internet Member Services (link to payment site).

· OCAR Dues stay at $120 (REALTORS® and Affiliates)
· MLS Participation Fees are $306
· CAR Dues are $135
· NAR Dues are $115
· Suggested voluntary contributions total $59

   
  MLS Payment Plan
 

If you have elected to be on the MLS Fees Payment Plan, your next minimum payment of $83 is due by July 1st.

Please make sure to pay on-time to avoid any interruption of your MLS access. A $15 reconnect fee will apply if payment is late and your MLS service is suspended.

  1. To check your account balance and make a payment, log into Internet Member Services (instructions below).
  2. When logged-in, click on “Pay Your Bills Online” to access your account.
  3. The next screen, after selecting the invoices, will give you the option to select “payment plan” in order to reduce your payment.

If you elect to pay online, you will be asked to pay at least $83.50. The October 1st installment will be the remaining amount on your account of $83 or less. To make a payment of exactly $83, please mail your payment or call us.

Postmarks are not accepted, your payment must be received by July 1st. Please note that you will NOT receive a statement by mail.

You will need to log into OCAR’s Internet Member Services using your User ID (MLS public ID) and password.

If you don’t remember your password, click “forgot my password” on the login screen and it will be emailed to you immediately. Please note that if your email address on file is no longer accurate or you cannot remember your User ID, you will need to contact us: (949) 586-6800 or (714) 375-9313 or email us at info@ocar.org

OCAR accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express for online payments.

  1. Login to Internet Member Services (IMS).
  2. Click on “Pay Your Bills Online/Access Billing History”
    This will take you to the “Unpaid Invoices” Screen
  3. Under the Membership Dues invoice, select the “Pay Now” check box.
  4. If you have a credit memo on your account, it will be listed under "Miscellaneous Charges." If you would like to apply that credit to your dues, please select that "Pay Now" check box also.
  5. When finished, click the “Choose Payment Options” button at the bottom of your screen.
  6. On the next screen you’ll see your membership total. You have the ability to modify the optional contributions. Simply click on “Modify” and highlight the amount and type your desired amount for each item.
  7. Once you’re finished modifying each item, click okay.
  8. Click the “Credit Card” button at the bottom of the screen to pay your bill.
  9. Enter your credit card information, then click the submit button. Please note that the option to keep the "card on file" is only for the Online Services.
   
 

Automatic Payments

We appreciate that many of you take advantage of “automatic payment” of your fees by credit card. However, each year we encounter a few issues while processing the credit card charges with expired cards or closed accounts. If you have requested to be on the “auto pay” program, you should no longer have a Dues invoice on your account since we have processed the payments.

You may verify that your account has been paid by accessing OCAR’s Internet Member Services.

Updating Your Contact Information

Personal Information:

  • Log onto Internet Member Services
  • Once logged in, click “Change Your Personal Information"
  • Make needed changes and then click "Submit" at the bottom of the page.

Office Information:

  • You will need to complete a Member Transfer/Change Form
  • There is a $25 fee to change from one office to another (even if it’s the same brokerage, but a different branch location).
  • It must be signed by the broker or Authorized Office Manger for
    the office and include payment information to be processed.
  • Submit to either OCAR office.
  • If you are your own broker and are merely updating your new office address, there is no fee. Please submit the Member Transfer/Change Form, as only OCAR staff can update your office information.
   
 

OCAR Email Notices and Spam Blockers

If you are not receiving our billing notices, PDF invoices, membership announcements and other important information, your email service provider may be blocking some of our Emails.

We suggest that you add the following email addresses to your Safe Sender list:

Print Receipts for Your Taxes

  1. Log into Internet Member Services.
  2. Click on “Pay Your Bills Online/Access Billing History.”
  3. Click on "View Paid/Unpaid Invoices."
  4. Click on the blue, underlined Invoice number.
  5. Go to the file menu on your web browser and print the page.
  6. The receipt information is at the bottom of the invoice in the peach-colored "Payment Information" area. This reflects the actual date that you paid the invoice.

REALTORS®, Please note that a portion of your 2010 dues are NOT deductible on your taxes.
